Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 612 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Only one account is permitted per individual — registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity through your account is your responsibility unless you have immediately reported unauthorized access to 612 support.
All information you provide during registration and while using the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 612 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, incomplete, or misleading information.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, money laundering, or other activities violating Malaysian law. Use of bots, automated software, or any methods to manipulate the platform is strictly forbidden and may result in account closure without notice.
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 612 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposited funds belong to them and were obtained legally.
Deposits can be made via approved methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is as specified on your account. All deposits are final once confirmed.
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Withdrawal requests are subject to internal verification and may take 1–5 business days depending on the chosen method.
612 reserves the right to reject or cancel any transactions suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or breach of terms. If a transaction is canceled for these reasons, 612 may block withdrawals until investigation is complete.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
Platform Liability Limits
612 is not responsible for any indirect losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions due to system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
612's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Suspension and Closure
612 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that:
- Users violate any terms in this document
- Account used for fraud or illegal activities
- Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions
- Users provide false information during registration or verification
- Users under 18 years old
If an account is closed for a valid user-initiated reason (not due to violation), any remaining balance will be returned to the user after verification is completed.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the 612 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 612 or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any content without prior written permission from 612.

The presence of these links does not imply endorsement or responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these sites. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for all issues related to these terms.
